The Konar Industrial Group has localized the production of propellers for Arctic-class LNG carriers, according to the press service of the Chelyabinsk Region government.
Using the most advanced technical solutions, Konar has achieved 100 percent localization of propellers for Arctic-class LNG carriers. This is a fully Russian production, including casting, machining, and balancing.
In addition to the localization of propellers, a project was implemented for the manufacture, supply, and supervision of rudder propellers for ice-class vessels produced by the Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant.
The Konar Group possesses competencies in the field of oil and gas engineering, the production of complex metal structures, integrated engineering, as well as in the manufacture of large castings and forgings.
