The Aerospace Forces (VKS) of the Russian Federation continue to re-equip air defense (air defense) equipment with S-350 Vityaz and S-400 Triumf complexes to strengthen national defense. This was stated by the First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation, Alexander Maksimtsev.
SAM systems are supplied in order to increase the capabilities for defending administrative and political centers, critical facilities and regions of the country, groups of troops and rear facilities from massive strikes by enemy air attack weapons.
New Pantsir-SMD anti-aircraft missile and gun systems (ZRPK) are also being supplied. Radio engineering troops as part of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation received advanced radar systems Nebo-M, Kasta-VM, Podlet-M. Radars have improved characteristics for detecting air targets.
