Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Office Dmitry Grigorenko stated that a radical reform of the public services system is planned in Russia. The main focus will be on the "Gosuslugi" portal. It is expected to undergo a complete relaunch.
The new system will allow citizens not to search for each service separately, but to receive all the necessary services in one place. This will be implemented through the concept of a "one-stop shop." Grigorenko emphasized that people do not need fragmented services, but ready-made solutions for various life situations.
A transition from individual services to more complex "life situations" is planned. Upon retirement, the birth of a child, or the opening of a business, citizens will be able to receive all the necessary services in one package. Each service will be provided quickly and conveniently.
In addition, a curator will be assigned to each service. Their task is to work with feedback from citizens, monitor the quality of the service, and eliminate possible failures. Now each user will know who is responsible for the quality of the service provided.
35 new "life situations" will appear on the "Gosuslugi" portal. With their help, you can оформлять documents when moving, obtain the status of a large family, open a pharmacy or coffee shop, and solve many other everyday issues.
According to the Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadaev, 117 million Russians are registered on the portal, which is 95% of citizens over 14 years old. In 2024, users accessed the "Gosuslugi" services 750 million times.
