Yandex has begun offering robots and software on a subscription basis (Robotics-as-a-Service, RaaS) to automate business processes, improve quality, and increase productivity. Azbuka Vkusa has already implemented an inventory robot from Yandex Robotics in its warehouse. This robot independently scans goods, compares information with data in the accounting system, and helps quickly identify and correct discrepancies.
The robot is equipped with lidar, cameras, and two types of sensors — ultrasonic and safety sensors. This allows it to independently navigate the warehouse, read information from pallets in cells, and synchronize data. The cost of an annual subscription for such an inventory robot varies depending on the client's needs, intensity of use, and complexity of implementation, starting from several million rubles, as explained by Yandex.
