Large ASW ship "Admiral Tributs" to lead detachment of Russian ships in joint Russian-Chinese exercise "Naval Interaction-2025"

Diesel-electric submarines and naval aviation will be involved in the maneuvers in the Sea of Japan

The large anti-submarine ship (ASW) "Admiral Tributs" (Project 1155) of the Pacific Fleet will lead a detachment of Russian ships in the exercise "Naval Interaction-2025." This was reported in the press service of the fleet.

The traditional exercise will take place in the Sea of Japan to exchange experience between military sailors of the Russian Navy and the Navy of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Diesel-electric submarines and naval aviation of the two countries will also participate in the maneuvers, which will take place from August 1 to 5. The press service of the fleet emphasized that the exercises are defensive in nature and are not directed against other countries.

The exercise command headquarters will be deployed in Vladivostok. Sailors will practice joint actions on shore and at sea. This includes searching for and rescuing ships in distress, conducting artillery fire, and practicing anti-submarine tasks.
