UAE Presidential Advisor, entrepreneur Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, along with colleagues, visited the Kazan Helicopter Plant (part of Russian Helicopters). This was reported by the holding's press service.
The guests inspected the main production sites and familiarized themselves with the product line. They were presented with the Mi-8MTV-1 multi-purpose twin-engine helicopter and the medium multi-purpose Mi-38 in a high-comfort version, as well as Ansat helicopters in configurations for medics and law enforcement.
In the Middle East, 17% of the helicopter fleet with gas turbine engines are Russian-made vehicles. Domestic aircraft maintain efficiency and safety even in the most difficult climatic and geographical conditions.
