The airline Red Wings (part of the Rostec State Corporation) has transported more than 1.2 million passengers in the last six months. This is almost 2% more than in the same period of the previous year.
The airline's fleet consists mainly of domestic aircraft, including 22 Superjets. The carrier also uses Russian Tu-204/214 aircraft. The aircraft are manufactured by the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).
In six months, Red Wings increased passenger traffic on domestic routes by 8% and opened 16 new routes. The average seat occupancy rate was almost 85%.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the MC-21-310 aircraft will "lose weight" by hundreds of kilograms thanks to new materials.
