Units have already been formed in Belarus to operate the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile system. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic, Pavel Muraveiko.
We will not reveal all the cards. I will only say that all logistical issues, all issues related to the creation, formation, and development of units equipped with "Oreshniks" have been resolved.
The President of the Republic, Alexander Lukashenko, stated on July 1 that the Russian "Oreshnik" complex would bedeployed in Belarus by the end of this year.
Russian leader Vladimir Putin also noted earlier that he considers it possible to deploy "Oreshnik" in the republic in the second half of 2025.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a new wide-body aircraft will appear in Russia: development timelines have been announced.
