Production of new BAZ trucks at the factory in the Leningrad region started in 2025. The vehicles are assembled from components manufactured both in Russia and in Belarus. Two models were recently presented: the BAZ-S34A11 tractor and the BAZ-S32A51 dumper truck. Now a third model has been added to them: the BAZ-S34A06 shift bus.
The BAZ-S34A11 tractor became the first model in the new line. In 2025, it is planned to produce 200 trucks, and by 2027 — 2000 already.
The BAZ-S34A06 shift bus is equipped with a 6x6 wheel arrangement. It has 24 comfortable passenger seats, as well as 5 cubic meters of space for luggage or cargo. The bus platform provides excellent cross-country ability, and the engine and components are completely domestic.
The development of the passenger compartment was carried out in collaboration with the Mytishchi Instrument-Making Plant. The BAZ-S34A06 shift bus is designed for operation in conditions of severe continental climate, typical of the Russian Arctic, Eastern Siberia, and the Far East.
