The first photo of debris from the new "Geran-3" jet kamikaze drone with the letter "U" and number 36 has appeared online.
The marking and the discovered fragments of a small-sized jet engine indicate that this is an innovative development that differs significantly in its characteristics from the traditional "Geran-2".
Information is coming in that the new "Geran-3" is equipped with a compact turbofan engine, allowing the aircraft to reach speeds of up to 600 km/h during flight to the target, and up to 800 km/h during a dive. This speed is significantly higher than the "Geran-2" is capable of reaching — up to 170 km/h.
The weight of the aircraft is up to 200 kg, the warhead is 50 kg. In terms of its destructive power, it can be compared to a cruise missile.
