LMS-192 "Osvey" Aircraft Parameters Transferred to Belarus for Approval

The development has reached the stage of interstate coordination

The project of the new LMS-192 "Osvey" aircraft is currently in the stage of interstate coordination by Belarusian specialists, according to the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Alikhanov.

According to him, Russia has completed the development of the technical parameters of the project. A positive conclusion from Belarus is now expected.

We are waiting for a positive conclusion to continue the development of the working design documentation directly.

The "Osvey" project is a joint initiative of Russia and Belarus to create a new 19-seat twin-engine turboprop aircraft designed for flights on local routes.

The aircraft is being developed by specialists from the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA). Approval of the aircraft parameters by Belarusian experts is required to proceed to the design of the aircraft structure.
