"Kalashnikov" independently restored "Mowgli" sights for MANPADS

Specialists of JSC "LOMO" (part of the "Kalashnikov" concern) in the shortest possible time completely restored the "Mowgli-2" thermal sights of their own production, which were damaged during operation. The repaired products were sent to their destination.

The "Mowgli-2" sights are part of man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS), they allow you to detect a target, track it and fire at any time of the day.

Thanks to continuous improvement, night vision devices have become lighter practically twice, reduced in size, but at the same time the range has increased target detection, the option of installing sights on various carriers has been implemented and the possibility of working in conjunction with target designation systems has appeared.
