The United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec) has launched the largest laboratory for testing engines for aviation and space. The new building was put into operation at the Samara enterprise "UEC-Kuznetsov."
The central factory laboratory is a unified center for research and quality control, a unique tool for testing innovations. The updated equipment will provide a 50% increase in the number of studies.
Specialists carefully check the quality of materials and engine parts at all stages of production on high-tech equipment.
The laboratories study the initial materials, blanks and parts of engines, and also conduct research on their functioning during operation. They also develop and implement new solutions that improve the quality of products.
