Появились кадры достройки ракетной «Молнии» с «Уранами»: иностранцы от нее отказались

The MRK Stupinets of Project 12418 is being built at the Vympel plant in Rybinsk

Photos have appeared online showing the completion of the newest small missile ship (MRK) "Stupinets" of Project 12418, code "Molniya". The warship is in the dock of the Vympel shipyard (part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation) in Rybinsk.

According to the source, initially two MRKs were being built in Rybinsk for one of the foreign customers. After refusing to purchase them, the Russian Navy became interested in the boats, and they installed weapon systems necessary for military sailors.

The boats of Project 12418 carry the Uran anti-ship missile system with Kh-35 missiles, an AK-176 artillery mount, and an AK-630M anti-aircraft system.

The Mineral-ME radar system, the MR-123-02 Bagira fire control system, and the Pozitiv-ME radar are also installed. Presumably, the "Stupinets" will join the Caspian Flotilla.
