The Sukhoi Design Bureau considers the Su-57 fighter as a platform capable of solving any task for at least 50 years, according to Mikhail Strelets, chief designer of the combat aircraft.
We consider the aircraft as a platform that is capable of effectively solving its tasks for at least 50 years, including the phased introduction of next-generation technologies, essentially turning the aircraft from generation 5 to 5 plus. This is a generation in which some sixth-generation technologies are already being introduced.
According to him, the cockpit of the aircraft was designed taking into account the requirements for rapid perception of information and minimizing the load on the pilot. He has at his disposal two multifunctional liquid crystal displays with tactile feedback and a wide indicator on the windshield.
Voice control of critical functions allows you not to be distracted from piloting the aircraft. The interface adapts to a specific combat mission, providing only the information that is needed at the moment to make a decision.
All information is structured and displayed in an easy-to-understand form. The system supports integration with individual pilot protection and life support equipment, which improves ergonomics and reduces the risk of errors when working under stress.
Earlier www1.ru stated that artificial intelligence has been introduced into the latest Su-57 stealth fighter.
