Russia has become the first country in the world to create aircraft on its own, without the help of other countries. This was stated in Rostec.
The state corporation noted that the enterprises actually reassembled the MC-21 and Superjet aircraft. Creating such complex machines on our own in the era of cross-border cooperation turned out to be quite possible, despite the enormous difficulties.
We are the first in the world to do this. The Superjet and MC-21 use domestic power plants, wings, avionics, even buttons and seats in the cabin. In the course of the work, domestic analogues of more than 80 units and systems were created. Today, these aircraft are already in the sky, undergoing testing.
At the moment, the updated machines are undergoing certification tests with domestic components and systems, including engines.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia in aviation will be able to do with its own developments: they did not copy, but made it better.
