The combat vehicle manufacturer "Kurganmashzavod" will resume serial production of the TM-140 tracked amphibious vehicle. It is planned to manufacture 40 units in 2026, according to the plant's press service.
The all-terrain vehicle will be available in four configurations. It can be equipped with a cargo platform, passenger module, workshop module, or crane-manipulator unit.
TM-140 specifications:
- Range - 550 km
- Speed on land - 45 km/h
- Speed on water - 5 km/h
- Climbs slopes up to 30 degrees
- Load capacity - 4 t
TM-140 is used by employees of the Arctic Integrated Rescue Centers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The equipment is used by rescuers in the Far North and the Arctic.
