Rostec has tested the TM-140 tracked all-terrain vehicle, the state corporation's press service reported.
The all-terrain vehicle was developed at Kurganmashzavod. The model's payload capacity is up to 4 tons. The TM-140 can operate at temperatures down to -45°C.
The all-terrain vehicle has a range of 550 km. The vehicle is capable of traversing rough terrain with slopes and inclines up to 30°.
Thanks to its modular architecture, it can be adapted to a wide range of tasks in the shortest possible time. The all-terrain vehicle has undergone (https://t.me/rostecru/8972) severe testing in the Arctic – the vehicle covered over 2,300 km of rough terrain, transporting cargo and towing stuck equipment.
The state corporation has not yet revealed how the TM-140 coped with the crash test program.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the new TM-140 all-terrain vehicles were delivered to Russian rescuers.
