A new line for galvanizing parts has been put into operation in the electroplating shop at Kurganmashzavod. This was reported by the press service of the enterprise, which specializes in the production of combat vehicles, including the BMD-4M and BMP-3.

Galvanic zinc plating is the most popular type of anti-corrosion coating, giving products high protective properties. About 60% of products are galvanized at the plant.

Employees of Kurganmashzavod promptly installed a new drum-suspension line, connected power supplies and ventilation. This made it possible to increase productivity by 25%.
