The new trams will be equipped with an innovative system of increased autonomous running. Thanks to the on-board energy storage system, they will be able to travel at least 4 km without a contact network, and on average - about 7 km.
Sergei Sobyanin, Mayor of Moscow

The "Lion Cub-Moscow" is designed for 150 passengers, with 41 seats in the cabin. The tram has everything for a comfortable trip, including climate control, connectors for charging gadgets, places for strollers and bicycles. On multimedia screens, passengers will see information from the Moscow Department of Transport.

The new "Lion Cub-Moscow" trams will reduce the interval of movement on existing routes and on lines under construction. Hundreds of thousands of passengers use this type of transport every day.
