The Republic managed to preserve part of the aviation industry of the USSR

Russia is ready to establish a joint aviation enterprise together with Belarusian specialists. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with his counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.

According to him, the parties agreed to expand industrial cooperation, including in the field of aircraft construction.

Putin noted that Belarus managed to preserve part of the aviation industry of the USSR. "Cooperation on medium-range aircraft" - he outlined the direction of cooperation.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia has begun testing the latest satellite communication system for UAVs.
