Pilots will check wing mechanization and the operation of all onboard systems

A representative from the press service of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) noted that during the first flight of the 97023, the landing gear was retracted and then extended, which is usually checked in subsequent flights, but not in the first.

According to Kirill Kuznetsov, since the 97023 aircraft is the second SJ-100 aircraft and the third in the SSJ-New program participating in the tests, the flight assignment was made more comprehensive to check the operation of all mechanical systems controlled by the pilot from the cockpit, including the landing gear and wing mechanization.

We have a rather tight program of refinement tests that we must carry out in May, in a very limited period of time, and begin certification tests on this aircraft.
