The holding produces anchor windlasses, deck bridge cranes, and box coolers

Specialists from the military-industrial holding "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" (KMZ) will manufacture propeller shaft brackets (the end shaft of the shaft line, designed to attach the propeller) for a boat being built at one of the Russian shipyards. This was reported by the holding's press service.

The brackets must provide minimal resistance and ensure eddy-free water flow to the propellers. For this purpose, their legs have an elliptical or parabolic streamlined cross-section.

KMZ not only builds boats and small displacement vessels but also produces marine engines, anchor windlasses, anchors, deck bridge cranes, and box coolers (water cooling system). The holding's enterprises also supply customers with marine firefighting, rescue equipment, and complexes for localization and elimination of emergency oil spills (LARN).
