The level of protection of Russian tanks against FPV kamikaze drones is higher than that of Western ones. This was reported by the Rostec State Corporation.
Russian vehicles demonstrate better adaptability to modern combat realities compared to foreign competitors. The requirements for tank protection are growing, so equipment manufacturers are constantly improving their products, developing and implementing new technologies.
The state corporation added that a modern fire control system of armored vehicles, panoramic sights, and user-friendly interfaces provide tank crews with high situational awareness and controllability.
Rostec also explained how modern tank protection is arranged. Its components include anti-drone nets, dynamic and active protection, as well as cover from infantry units.
