Samara Metallurgical Plant demanded to recover more than 181 million rubles in debt for supplies from the Krasmash plant (part of Roscosmos). This is stated in a statement by the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

More than 181 million rubles are being recovered from Krasmash for debt under the supply agreement. The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received a statement of claim from Samara Metallurgical Plant JSC to Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant JSC for the recovery of debt, penalties under the supply agreement.

The amount of the claim included 171 million rubles of principal debt, as well as penalties and interest accrued on the amount of the debt. According to the statement of claim, a supply agreement for semi-finished products from aluminum alloys was concluded between the enterprises in October 2023. The products were delivered in the period from October 2024 to January 2025.

According to the plaintiff, the defendant requested delivery without prepayment with guarantee letters, received the goods, but did not pay for them in full. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 5.
