The Samara Metallurgical Plant has demanded that the Krasmash plant (part of Roscosmos) pay over 181 million rubles in debt for supplies. This is stated in a message from the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
More than 181 million rubles are being recovered from Krasmash for debt under a supply contract. The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received a statement of claim from JSC "Samara Metallurgical Plant" against JSC "Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant" for the recovery of debt, penalties under the supply agreement.
The amount of the claim included 171 million rubles of principal debt, as well as penalties and interest accrued on the amount of the debt. According to the statement of claim, a supply agreement for semi-finished products from aluminum alloys was concluded between the enterprises in October 2023. The products were delivered in the period from October 2024 to January 2025.
The defendant, according to the plaintiff, requested delivery without prepayment with guarantee letters, received the goods, but did not pay for them in full. A preliminary court hearing is scheduled for May 5.
