Workers of the Livadia Ship Repair Plant (LRSP) have launched a self-propelled cargo barge (project 20220A). This was reported by the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
The barge is designed for the transportation of vehicles and general cargo. The design of the vessel allows for loading and unloading cargo on an undeveloped shore.
Main characteristics of vessels of project 20220A: length — 22 m, width — 5.2 m, draft — 1.1 m, deadweight — 40 tons, engine power — 2 × 176 kW.
The barge was built by order of the Ministry of Transport and Road Construction of the Kamchatka Territory.
