The "Berezhok" combat module can be installed on the chassis of wheeled and tracked armored vehicles of Russian and foreign production. It is offered both for the modernization of BMP-1, BMP-2, and BMP-3, and for installation on combat vehicles of foreign customers that are suitable in terms of characteristics, Rosoboronexport reported.
Innovative solutions used in the creation and modernization of "Berezhok" based on combat experience gained, allow to significantly increase the potential of any combat vehicles.
The complex includes a 30-mm automatic cannon 2A42, a 7.62-mm PKTM machine gun, a 30-mm automatic grenade launcher AG-30M, as well as two launchers for Kornet anti-tank guided missiles with two missiles each.
"Berezhok" has already proven itself as an effective means of protecting coastal infrastructure from unmanned boats, the company noted.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Forpost-RU drone will receive small-sized radars for guiding Kalibrs and loitering munitions.
