A Soviet Yak-3 single-engine fighter has been put up for sale in Chelyabinsk. The artificially aged aircraft can be purchased as a monument or for use as a simulator attraction for 7.5 million rubles.
The Yak-3 is a legendary fighter that became a symbol of victory in World War II. The aircraft for sale is painted in the colors of 1944. It can be converted into an attraction - an air combat simulator.
The aircraft can be purchased by both a private individual and a budgetary organization. In addition, the seller offers its services in creating professional full-scale models of military equipment from the times of the Great Patriotic War, which will decorate monuments and reconstructions.
Earlier, the Ural Civil Aviation Plant announced that it would demonstrate the UTS-800 training aircraft for the first time at the IDEX 2025 international arms exhibition, which will be held in Abu Dhabi from February 17 to 21. The export sample will be presented as a model as part of the unified Russian exposition.
