Yandex has developed new tools for working with text documents and spreadsheets online. The editor integrates the YandexGPT 4 neural network, which helps process text. All tools are currently free and available in test mode.
The new editors function faster and more efficiently than their predecessors. Now, up to 100 users can work on the same document simultaneously, which is especially useful in projects with a large number of participants.
In addition, the editors can work with large files, including annual reports of 1000 pages.
The YandexGPT 4 neural network helps to work on documents in the text editor. It can create text from scratch — just describe your wishes — or edit what has already been written: for example, correct errors and make the text more formal or, conversely, lighter.
YandexGPT 4 can also shorten a large text, leaving only the most important points. The system can work with texts in Russian and English.
The editors are still missing some functions, but the developers are actively working on them. Soon, for example, it will be possible to leave comments on documents.
Yandex has already trained its YandexGPT neural network to briefly summarize articles. It is enough to give a link to a publication on the Internet, and it will outline the main thoughts and ideas.
Recently, Yandex announced an innovative service that allows you to run applications using artificial intelligence on mobile devices and personal computers without requiring significant computing power. This open source project is designed to optimize the use of large language models.
