The United Engine Corporation (UEC) will present the AL-31FN series 5 engine abroad for the first time. It will be showcased at the Airshow China Zhuhai 2024, which will take place from November 12 to 17, according to Eurasian Times.
The AL-31FN series 5 engine will significantly enhance the capabilities of the Chinese Chengdu J-10 fighter. The AL-31FN engine variant was developed by specialists at \"Salut\" for the Chinese fourth-generation fighter.
Later, the J-10 aircraft were equipped with advanced AL-31FN engines.
