The second building of the new "Haltec" plant with an area of one thousand square meters was opened at the end of October in Laishevka, Ulyanovsk region. It will produce high-precision tools for processing titanium and heat-resistant alloys.
This site has become the largest production of anti-vibration tools in Russia. The plant's capacity is about 100,000 milling cutters annually.
It should be reminded that "Haltec" began its work in Russia in 1993. It specializes in the production of metal-cutting tools. Since 2012, only its own tools have been produced at its facilities, and five years ago "Haltec" abandoned Japanese and American milling cutters, replacing them with its own.
