Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation has started supplying electronic components for aircraft communication equipment. The technical parameters of the new devices made it possible to replace foreign products in onboard communication systems.
Vacuum high-frequency polarized switches were developed by the Penza Research Institute of Electronic Mechanical Devices (NIIEMP) on request of the Nizhny Novgorod NPP Polet (part of Ruselectronics) to replace foreign-made products.
The devices are designed for switching high-frequency electrical circuits as part of communication and radar equipment. The products are highly resistant to vibration loads and are not inferior to foreign analogues in terms of their performance characteristics.
The components developed at NIIEMP made it possible to abandon similar products of foreign manufacture. The use of modern domestic electronic component base in the onboard radio communication equipment increased the service life of the equipment and increased its reliability. To date, we have already handed over batches of switches to the customer.
