The XСITE X-Cross 8 crossover, which is assembled at the "Avtozavod St. Petersburg", will have differences in appearance from the Chinese Сhery Tiggo 8 Pro, of which it is a clone. The car will get a different front end design. Crossover photos have been published by insiders.
It is not yet known how much the car will cost. It is possible that its price will start from 2.9 million rubles for the seven-seater version. This opinion was expressed by auto journalist Maxim Kadakov. He also reported that the car will be produced in four trim levels. Both front and all-wheel drive will be available. The XСITE X-Cross 7 only has front-wheel drive.
Assembly at the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg is screwdriver-based. Car kits are brought from China. The company currently has a contract until 2025. It is unclear whether XCITE crossovers will be produced there after that time.
