Avtostat presented a rating of the most popular brands of new passenger cars in the mass segment. The leader of the list is expectedly the Russian brand Lada. However, the greatest interest is aroused by the eighth place, which was taken by the Belarusian brand Belgee. Over the year, sales of this brand have grown almost 200 times.
The Belarusian brand surpassed Jaecoo in sales, which also showed significant growth — 126 times compared to the previous year. Cars of the Belarusian manufacturer occupy a leading position among new passenger cars intended for the mass consumer.
In September, Haval became the leader among Chinese brands, while Chery and Geely showed almost identical sales results. And the top 15 is closed by the domestic brand "Moskvich."
Earlier www1.ru already reported that sales of Belgee crossovers in Russia broke a record. The most popular was the Belgee X50 (Geely Coolray) crossover, which sold 3646 units. At the same time, Russia decided to revise the cost of popular Belarusian Belgee crossovers.
