Since the beginning of the year, the shortage of truck drivers has more than doubled. Despite the fact that their salaries have been raised to be competitive with the IT industry, the fleets are idle. There are still no people, so they need to be motivated not only materially. To solve this problem, the «Opturan» system was presented at the «Digital Transportation — 2024» forum. Ilya Perevalov, General Director of the developer company FSUE «ZashchitaInfoTrans», said that the program helps to combat the shortage of drivers by optimizing processes and reducing human costs in the formation of the daily outfit.
«Opturan» is a customizable «boxed» system for solving the problem of assigning drivers, conductors and vehicles for companies in the transport industry of any size. It is officially recognized as software related to the field of artificial intelligence.
The system is «fair to every driver», outfitters and drivers interact less with each other. At the same time, «Opturan», thanks to artificial intelligence, finds an individual approach to each employee.
You can negotiate with a person, but not with a machine. «Opturan» will allow you to take into account the wishes and needs of all participants without singling out anyone.
According to Perevalov, even truck drivers are not enough. Now the salaries of long-distance drivers average 200,000 rubles, but there should also be non-material motivations.
Digitalization of the outfit business process provides a number of advantages, including:

- Increasing driver loyalty;
- Improving road safety, which, in turn, has a positive effect on passenger comfort.
