Cheboksary Plant of Power Aggregates LLC (ChZSA) has successfully tested its new development — a front loader with a lifting capacity of up to 1200 kg on an articulated frame. The machine is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission and an MMZ-4DT engine with a capacity of 62 hp from the Minsk Motor Plant.
The main design features include a hinge fracture unit with two swinging half-frames, which shifts the center of gravity, improving stability and increasing space in the operator's cab. The Z-bar linkage increases breakout force, while panoramic glazing and an on-board computer add to ease of operation.
ChZSA also conducted planned stability tests of the SILANT electric loader with a lifting capacity of 1.8 tons with a mast height of 4.5 m. The tests were carried out in three modes — with nominal load, dynamic and static load. The results showed that the stability indicators of the equipment significantly exceed the established GOST standards — by two, and in some cases by three times.
