The manipulation robot ensures efficiency and high labor productivity. It is designed to perform a range of tasks: useful in both production and logistics. Key elements, including software and process control system, are domestically produced. At the "Army-2024" forum, it was presented to guests and journalists by developers from "RT-Center of Engineering" (part of "RT-Tekhpriemka" of the Rostec State Corporation).
Our task is to stimulate development in high-tech areas and bring them to market. This will minimize dependence on foreign suppliers, such as KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, well-known in Russia, thereby ensuring the country's technological sovereignty and production independence.
The presented industrial robot-manipulator, as noted by the developers, is in no way inferior to foreign counterparts, and in many ways surpasses them. Its characteristics include:
- the possibility of expanding device modifications for specific production tasks, ensuring uninterrupted operation;
- low weight — up to 7 kg;
- simple modular design;
- easy integration into technological processes even in limited spaces;
- equipped with sensors or optical sensors capable of recognizing objects and correcting the program during its execution;
- application of modern principles and international standards in building robot control. The development of the "RT-Center of Engineering" can be configured using programmable learning, and this robot will be easy to integrate into production processes of varying complexity.
Six degrees of freedom allow the robot to perform various movements within a radius of up to 950 mm, which simulate human motor functions. The movement of objects in space is carried out using a gripping device. The operation of this mechanical "arm" according to a given algorithm is provided by electromechanical drives and pneumatic grippers.
The International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2024" is held at the Patriot Exhibition Center from August 12 to 14. This year, the "Army" forum is being held in a closed format for the first time: all entertainment events and free access to exhibitions for visitors have been canceled.
