In monetary terms, sales increased by 69%. In total, 2.2 million smart speakers have been purchased since the beginning of the year. The total amount of spending amounted to 20 billion rubles.
The most popular devices in this segment are solutions from Yandex, Apple, Sber, VK and Xiaomi. On average, one device costs a Russian user 8.9 thousand rubles.
The popularity of speakers is associated with the development of voice assistants. Russians have conversations with them and use speakers for games with children.
