The area of the future facility is 40 thousand square meters

A new cluster for video game and animation creators will appear in the capital. It will occupy five floors of the Stratos business center (Skolkovo Innovation Center). This was announced by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.

The planned area of the cluster is 40 thousand square meters. The project includes the creation of an equipped conference hall, lecture hall, cinema hall, exhibition area, motion capture and sound recording studio.

Further development of the industry will contribute to the growth of the capital's IT industry, the creation of innovations in graphics, sound, artificial intelligence and virtual reality, as well as the emergence of new highly qualified jobs.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2025. More than 40 development companies have already expressed their desire to join the cluster.

An important function of the project is educational. An educational platform for young professionals will be created here.

Joint educational programs, training lectures and Q&A sessions with experts will help shape and develop a new generation of IT professionals. A lecture hall is provided for educational programs and courses in the cluster - a technically equipped modular room with the possibility of division for different event formats.

Not only universities, but also institutions of additional education will act as partners of the project.
