In the coming months, another 550 charging stations for electric vehicles will be installed in Moscow. New points will appear in all districts of the capital, and charging sessions can be started and controlled via the "Parkovki Rossii" application. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

The Northern District will receive the most stations — 96. In the South-Eastern District, 82 will be installed, in the South-Western — 79, in the North-Eastern — 74, and in the Southern — 67.

Another 50 stations will appear in the Eastern District and the same number in the Western. The North-Western District will get 38, and the Central — six. In Zelenogradsky, as well as in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts, four stations will be installed in each.

The new EV charging stations will become part of the city network "Energiya Moskvy". Currently, it already operates more than 450 stations. Sites for equipment connection will be provided by the State Budgetary Institution "Administrator Moskovskogo Parkovochnogo Prostranstva", and the operator will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the charging stations.

Drivers will be able to start and control charging sessions at the new stations via the "Parkovki Rossii" application.
