Construction of a terminal for arriving passengers has been completed at Pskov Airport named after Princess Olga. The complex's area exceeds 6 thousand sq. m, with a capacity of 150 people per hour. This was reported by Novaport.

The new terminal has separated passenger flows: arrival and baggage claim areas are now separate from departures. Inside, there is a baggage carousel, two X-ray machines, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, voice announcements, and fire protection. Accessibility measures for people with limited mobility are provided. The project cost, in 2024 prices, was estimated at 5–6 billion rubles.

Since 2024, the airport has become a backup for Pulkovo, and in 2025, an SP-90 instrument landing system was installed here for landing in limited visibility. In 2025, the airport served 149 thousand passengers, with a forecast of 300 thousand by 2030. The apron reconstruction project has been approved, and the existing terminal is awaiting major repairs.
