On September 12, traffic will be restricted on the Garden Ring and a number of streets in the center and west of Moscow due to the autumn cycling festival and the "Moscow" and "Russia" cycling races, and on September 13, Tsvetnoy Boulevard will be closed for a children's race. This was announced by the Moscow Department of Transport.

Until 7:00 PM on September 12, Universitetskaya Square will be closed from Universitetsky Prospekt to Kosygina Street in both directions. As the cycling column passes, the Garden Ring, Kosygina Street, Vorobyovskoye Highway, Berezhkovskaya Embankment, Taras Shevchenko Embankment, exits from Borodinsky Bridge, Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya Street, Borodinsky Bridge, and Smolenskaya Street will be closed.
From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, it will be impossible to drive along Kosygina Street from Michurinsky Prospekt to building 20 and from building 20 to building 28, structure 1, and from 11:10 AM to 7:00 PM – along Universitetsky Prospekt from Mendeleevskaya Street to Lebedeva Street.
Until 6:00 AM on September 13, the leftmost lane on Universitetskaya Square will be closed with parking occupied, and parking will be prohibited there until 11:59 PM. On Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, it will be impossible to drive along Tsvetnoy Boulevard from the Garden Ring to Petrovsky Boulevard in both directions and along the two outermost lanes on Petrovsky Boulevard near Trubnaya Square towards Petrovka Street. Until September 14, traffic will be restricted to one left lane of Tsvetnoy Boulevard from building 27/24 to building No. 1.
Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance, use a navigator, and use the metro to reach restricted areas. The map of closures can be viewed on a special website.
