The crew of the Russian T-80BVM tank needs only a few minutes to detect a target and aim to strike it. This was stated by gunner-operator Maxim Erokhin.

According to the serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces, he needs to find a landmark, report the azimuth to commander Vladimir Machikhin. Then, using a program, the target is calculated, and the range and angle are determined.
This process takes about one to two minutes to aim at the target and start working.
Machikhin added that after aiming, a shot occurs, which the enemy can only hear.
Literally 3-4 seconds and impact. It's difficult for the enemy to react to the strike.
The T-80BVM is produced at the Omsktransmash enterprise (part of the Uralvagonzavod concern). This is a modern version of the Soviet T-80 tank, which features increased firepower, survivability, protection, and mobility. The combat vehicle can be launched in extreme weather conditions – at temperatures of -40 °C.
Modernized tanks are regularly supplied to the Russian Armed Forces. The T-80BVM meets all requirements for combat vehicles, including being protected from drone attacks.
