The Uralvagonzavod concern (part of Rostec) has sent a batch of new T-80BVM tanks, modified taking into account the wishes of the soldiers, to the Russian troops.
Combat vehicles were modified taking into account the needs and wishes of the military. During the modernization, Omsk designers significantly increased the survivability of the "eighties" and their crews on the battlefield.
During the modernization of the tanks, the designers applied many engineering solutions. The commander, gunner, and driver, he said, can now feel more confident when performing combat missions.
Feedback has been established between the enterprise and tank units, all the wishes of the military personnel regarding the refinement of combat vehicles come to the plant through regular formations. It is thanks to the established feedback that it is possible to respond in a timely manner to changes in the conduct of combat operations, increase the level of crew safety and carry out the necessary modernization of tanks.
T-80BVM is a modern version of the T-80 tank. Thanks to the modernization, its main combat qualities have increased: firepower, protection, mobility and command controllability.
The tank engine works perfectly in the strongest frost. The car can be started at a temperature of -40℃, accelerate in a straight line at high speed, make sharp turns and record jumps.
