The Tula enterprise "Tulamashzavod" has filed a lawsuit against JSC "KBP im. Academician A.G. Shipunova". The amount of the claim is 7.3 million rubles, the information was posted in the card index of the Arbitration Court of the Tula Region.

The court of first instance has already satisfied the claim in full, but the design bureau still has the opportunity to appeal the decision in the prescribed manner.

KBP Shipunova produces high-precision anti-aircraft missile systems of the "Pantsir" series, which American analysts called the best air defense system against small drones.

The design bureau has become a frequent participant in court proceedings. In early February, the company lost in court to PAO "Imperial Tula Arms Plant" in a lawsuit for 425 million rubles. Also, the Ministry of Defence won a case for 3 billion rubles against the plant.

"Tulamashzavod" produces 30 mm and 23 mm automatic cannons for BMP-2, BMP-3, BTR-82A, Mi-28N "Night Hunter" and Ka-52 "Alligator" helicopters.
