The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant (KMZ) will carry out a major overhaul of the ASGP-630 unit under a contract with PAO Gazprom. The equipment belongs to power supply systems and, after restoration, must return to its standard parameters and further operation at the gas industry facility.

The ASGP-630 is a diesel guaranteed power supply system with a nominal power of 630 kW. Technical sources also indicate a voltage of 400 V, a frequency of 50 Hz, and the ability to quickly reach operating load for this unit.

Under the new contract, KMZ specialists will perform a major overhaul of the unit, restoring its technical condition. The goal of the work is to return the equipment to the required operational characteristics and ensure its readiness for further operation as part of the enterprise's energy infrastructure.

For KMZ, the contract becomes another project for the repair of energy equipment for gas industry enterprises.

Previously, the plant reported on the repair of diesel generators and other equipment for Gazprom structures, including a contract for the major overhaul of the DG-4000.
