The Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau received new legal claims from JSC "Tulamashzavod". Two lawsuits totaling over 53 million rubles were filed with the Arbitration Court.

Details of the claims have not yet been disclosed – the proceedings have been moved to a closed regime. According to open source materials, it may concern the recovery of penalties under previously concluded contracts.

Since March 2025, Tulamashzavod has filed 10 lawsuits against KBP, and the total amount of claims exceeded 2.1 billion rubles.

KBP named after Shipunov developed the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile systems, Kornet anti-tank missile systems, and a number of other high-precision weapon samples.

In early February, the company lost a lawsuit in court to PAO "Imperatorsky Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod" for 425 million rubles. Also, the Russian Ministry of Defence won a case against the plant for 3 billion rubles.
