JSC MGK "INTEKHROS" has upgraded the ROIN R-250 robotic system by installing a hydraulic system with Load Sensing (LS) control. This solution is designed to improve the efficiency of the remotely operated engineering machine when performing complex technological operations.

The ROIN R-250 is a multifunctional hydraulic robot designed for tasks in environments requiring high productivity and reduced human involvement in hazardous processes. The system can be used in construction, industry, infrastructure projects, and for operations with various attachments.

The new LS control system automatically regulates the supply of hydraulic fluid depending on the current load of the actuators. As a result, the pump develops only the necessary performance, which allows for more efficient use of the power unit's capacity.

This technology is particularly important for automated execution of repetitive operations. As part of the system's functions, it enhances the stability of processes such as digging, automatic leveling, sleeper replacement, and other cyclical tasks.

The main advantage of LS hydraulics is reduced energy consumption: the system minimizes excessive working fluid supply and cuts power losses. Simultaneously, oil heating is reduced, the load on hydraulic drive components decreases, and the service life of the pump and hydraulic equipment increases.
