The company "EME-Aero" has developed a synchronous electric motor with a combined self-cooling system, combining conductive (through a heat-conducting compound) and centrifugal (using an integrated fan) principles. This eliminates the need for external cooling systems.

A special impeller is installed inside the engine, which creates an airflow when rotating. This flow passes through channels and cools the heating coils and windings. In addition, all internal cavities are filled with a heat-conducting compound – it further dissipates heat from the hottest parts of the engine. Thanks to this design, the motor does not overheat even during prolonged operation.

According to the developers, this technical solution increases engine reliability and allows its use in aviation, electric vehicles, and industry, where compactness and the absence of additional cooling systems are important. The new engine can be adapted for operation in aggressive environments and in confined spaces.
