The machine-building plant "Arsenal" filed a large lawsuit against the manufacturer of S-500 "Prometey" anti-aircraft missile systems – Obukhovsky Zavod. The amount of claims is 121 million rubles.

The case was registered in the card index of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The hearing was scheduled in the usual manner for November 3, 2026.

Recall that Obukhovsky Zavod manufactures S-500 "Prometey" launchers, mounted on multi-axle heavy wheeled BAZ chassis.

The machine-building plant "Arsenal" builds satellites for radio-physical reconnaissance and remote sensing of the Earth, as well as AK-100 and AK-130 shipborne automatic artillery mounts.

Recently, Obukhovsky Zavod received a loan of 234.2 million rubles to update its machine tool fleet.
